He is survived by: his children, David Noe (Dina), Darrin Noe (Glenda), Guy Bailey (Myra), William Bailey (Terrie), Gerald Bailey, Denise Goldberger (Jon), Kristi Weatherford (Jon), Sandy Dodge (David), Debbie Noe Capps and Linda Branum (Michael); and his brothers, Jack Noe and Buck Noe. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
