He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Fogle and Mattie Fogle. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Janet Fechner (Billy) of Bristow and Kim Luther (Mike) of Bristow; his grandchildren, Jacie Conley (Mitch) of Bristow, Lensi Luther of Edmond and Blake Luther (Courtney) of Claremore; and his great grandchildren, Case of Bristow, Adlynn, Caiden and Synphani of Edmond.
He was one of the founding members of the Bristow Education Foundation and also served on the Bristow Board of Education in which he served as President.
