He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wain and Diana Marie Thornton. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Thornton; his children, Elizabeth Ann Thornton, Nicole Marie Thornton and Wesley Melvin Thornton; his siblings, Cassi Grass, Audrie Driver, Chylynn Pickup and Shawnee Pickup; and his stepfather Ed Pickup.
