She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Earl and Mary Elizabeth Smith. She is survived by: her husband Ray Smith; and her children, LeRoy Robert Brooks, John Ruano, Fred Burke, Renee Elizabeth Carlin, Holly Carole Luper, William Brooks and Judson Smith. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
