He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori An Dysart; and his siblings, Raymond Walter "Shorty" Eslick and Loretta Sue Gautreau. He is survived by: his wife Dee Eslick; his daughter Kim Bacon (Keith) of Locust Grove; his siblings, Clyde Eslick (Nancy) of Bristow, Larry E. Eslick (Dorothy) of Giddings and Linda Summerlin of Mobile; and his grandchildren, Stephen Dysart of Chalemette Louisiana, Cheri Dysart-Montelongo of Chalemette, Catey Hall of Locust Grove and Ezra Hood of Locust Grove. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
