He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Pulliam and Pearl Pulliam; and his daughter Kenda Smith. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Ward; his children, Rick Pulliam (Helen) of Bristow, Rhonda Cearley (Dean) of Bristow and Jeff Pulliam of Bristow; his grandchildren, Sammi, Jesse, Rachel, Kaycee, Ryan, Mandy, Jonathan and Clint; and his great grandchildren, Justice, Seth, Noah, Laurel, Dalton, Jesse, Garrett, Harper, Paige, Jaydee, Ellory, Sybil, Eva, Lakyn, Riese, Raigen, Cruz, Blake, Saige, JohnTyler, Audra and Emmie.
