She is survived by: her children, Timothy Dale Kuykendall (Evie) of Norman, Kimberly Naomi Armitage of Bristow and Eric Shawn Kuykendall (Tammy) of Bristow, Oklahoma; her sister Ernestine Hulsey of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Monica Michelle Schweighart of Oklahoma City, Austin Glen Kuykendall of Bristow, Trevor Dane Armitage of Norman, Dakota Bryn Kuykendall of San Antonio and Garrett Kuykendall of Edmond, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Armitage, Aidan Kuykendall and Jackson Schweighart.
