He is survived by: his wife Beulah Miller; his children, Sharron of Ponca City and John of Bristow; and his brother Charles Wayne of Oilton, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, and 2 great-great-great grandchildren.
