He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Timmons Sr. and Agnes Austin; his siblings, Yvonne Cooper-Tunley and G. Dewayne Timmons; and his children, Joel L Timmons, DeMarco Clark and Quanessa Timmons.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Austin, Janice Timmons-Hines, Gayle Murphy, Andrea Timmons, Regina Timmons, Marshall Timmons and Leo Timmons Jr.; and his children, Malcolm Timmons, Michael Timmons, Colleen Timmons and Lakeitha Timmons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
