He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clarion and Monsarretta Marie Osburn; and his brother Henry Clifton Osburn. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Lambert (Jeff) and Donnie Osburn (Teresa); his siblings, Bobby Osburn and Carolyn Cearley (H. A.); and his grandchildren, Parker Sampley and Jeremy Pinell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
