He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carter and Myrtle Ella Franklin; his wife Florence Ann Franklin; and his sisters, Analea, Elsie and Ada.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Moore (Tony), Jeanette Woods (Gilford) and Tammy Clark (Joey); his grandchildren, Holly Thompson, Nicole Alcorn, Shelby Littlesun, Kasey Heidenreich and Dustin Moore; and his great grandchildren, Kendell Begaye, Kennedy Thompson, Kelby Page, Maddox Thompson and Copelan Alcorn. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
