She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Skaggs and Bessie Skaggs; her husband Paul Frank Miller; and her brothers, David and Michael Skaggs.
She is survived by: her children, Channiel Underwood (Teddy Jr.), Angela Rust (Mark), Kelley Miller (Terri) and Lori Willis; her sister Evelyn Jones; her grandchildren, Heath Chapman, Josh Gantt, Jacob Gantt, Kelsey Lerma, Macy Shields, Tyler Miller, Walisi Underwood and Teddy Joe Underwood III; and her sister-in-law Donna Skaggs. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hutchins-Maples Matherly Funeral Home (119 N Chestnut St, Bristow, OK 74010). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (520 W 4th Ave, Bristow, OK 74010).
