She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Terrill Sykes and Mary Grace Rupe Sykes; her husband LeRoy; and her siblings, Leon Sykes, Marjorie Owens and Linda Hance.
She is survived by: her children, Judith (David Block), Janice (John Terry), Joy Shields and Libbie Young; her grandchildren, Audra (Kevin Mouser), Jason (Janna Block), Amy (Greg Wright), Andrew (Casey Terry), Erik (Jessica Block), Wendi Rollings (William Worley), Katie (Shawn Chronister), Brianna Young-Baker and Julian Young; and her siblings, Betty Jo Sykes and Kenneth Sykes. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
