He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Marion and Lela Zickefoose (Lord). He is survived by: his spouse Madelyn Morton Zickefoose; his daughters, Lisa Bishop (Mark) of Calera and Denisa Newton (Bruce) of Bristow; his stepdaughter Jill McDonald (Steve) of South Pasadena, Florida; his siblings, Beverly Bales and Bruce Zickefoose; and his grandchildren, Kyle Newton, Melissa Newton, Cody Newton, Kaylee Meeks (Johnathan, Katelyn Reese), Hailey Caldwell (Jace) and Caleb Bishop. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
