He is survived by: his wife Margaret Keeter; his children, Kimberly Keeter, Kendell Keeter (Kathy) and Thomas Keeter (Tracy); his siblings, Vyrl Keeter and Wanda Martin; and his grandchildren, Alison Keeter, Malachi Keeter, Vincent Keeter and Samuel Keeter. He is also survived by Numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
