He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gilliam and Lela Gilliam; his daughter Pamela Kay Gilmore; and his siblings, William Gilliam and Hazel Hair.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Gilliam (Marcia), Christopher Gilliam (Amanda) of Bristow, Holly Gilliam of Tulsa and Jaclyn Chapman (James) of Broken Arrow; and his sister Ruth Kennedy of California. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
