He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Weaver and Janie Weaver; and his brothers, Ray and Rob Weaver. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Wilson (Larry) and Jeanie Pharis (Bill); and his grandchildren, Joseph Hill, Jessica Evans, Laura Wilson, Kara Wilson and Daniel Wilson. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
