He was predeceased by: his parents, David Slyman and Nellie Slyman (Joseph); and his siblings, David Slyman, George Slyman and Mary Madelon Slyman.
He is survived by: his wife Sherian Slyman; his children, Darin Slyman of St. Louis and Dava Alcorn (Bruce) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kady Alcorn of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Kyle Alcorn of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Foad Slyman and Rosanne Miller of Tulsa, Oklahoma..
