It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorsey Eugene Spurlock (Bristow, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey McKinley and Edith Irene Spurlock; his granddaughter Darby LeeAnn Hendrickson; his siblings, Joe, George Spurlock, Irene Oats Burns, Ethel Eddy and Bell Adamo; and his nephews, Troyce Oats and Ernest Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie Spurlock; his children, Jenean (Robert Hendrickson) of Chelsea, OK and David (Amy Spurlock) of Claremore, OK; his grandchildren, Hilary (Brent Linihan) of Salem, MA, Kelsey (Brett Bradfield) of Kansas City, KS, Caleb Hendrickson of Oklahoma City, Bailey Hendrickson of Salem, MA, Stephen Spurlock, Rebekah Spurlock, Gracelynn Spurlock of Claremore, OK, Shelby and Sheldon McCall; and also, Tommy and Carrie McCall of Chelsea, OK..
