He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Treadwell and Pauline Treadwell (Eaton); and his brother Dan Treadwell. He is survived by : his wife Gloria Treadwell; his children, Daniel Treadwell (Jennifer) and Sarah Scott; his sister Brenda Barre (Kenny Byrd); his grandchildren, Bradley Scott, Coy Lemons, Kyle and Korey Treadwell; his nephew Jason Barre; and his great-nephew Jayden Barre.
During his professional career, David also worked as a Director for several charitable organizations in Planned Giving such as Children International, the Arthritis Foundation, Salvation Army and Charles Colson Prison Fellowship Ministries.
