He is survived by: his wife Lindalyn; his children, Kelly Bolden of Tulsa and Kristin Gregory (Josh) of Broken Arrow; his stepchildren, Twila Heine (George) of Dayton and Charles Smith (Kelli) of Edmond; his brother Ed Bolden (Laurie) of Austin, Texas; and his grandchildren, Addison Smith, Ethan Smith and Braxton Gregory. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
