He was predeceased by: his parents, George Springs and Gladys Howe Springs; and his brother George W. "Butch" Springs. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Springs; his daughter Gina; his son-in-law David Feilbach; his grandsons, Ethan and Isaac Feilbach; and his siblings, Phillis McDaniel and Richard Dean Springs.
