He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Lyle Evans and Alba Dee Evans (Moore); his son Cecil Jr.; his grandchildren, Shannara Byers and Brandy Sanders; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Annuschet, Bryan Sanders, Kathleen Lacy and Caliegh Byers; and his sisters, Wuadean Retherford, Betty Butts, Connie Lowe and Carolyn Kelch.
He is survived by : his brother Cory Crane; his former life partner Aline June Vail; his wife Frankie Lee Hand; and his daughters, Debra Price of Pryor, Donna Simmons of Glenpool, Mary Crane of Vici, Brenda Malone of Collinsville, Faith Harris of Sand Springs and Sheila Rogers of Texas. He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren – Great Grandchildren - & Great Great Grandchildren; plus a host of Nieces – Nephews - other relatives and friends.
