Billy Neil Nourse was born August 5, 1964, in California. He departed this life November 28, 2023, at the age of 59 years. He was the son of Billie Nourse and Joyce Boggs.

Billy's expertise on small engine repairs and outdoor power equipment sales brought customers from all over Oklahoma and Kansas with forty years' experience. Billy was co-owner with Debbie Ledbetter of Route 66 Mowers & More, LLC.

He loved music and spending time with his beloved Rottweiler dogs, they were a big part of his family.

Billy is survived by the love of his life, and soulmate of twenty-seven years, Debbie (Davis) Ledbetter; one daughter Rachelle Nourse; granddaughters, Neila Nourse (his name sake), and Kayleigh Nourse; brother, Bill Nourse; sister, Lorrie Brewer; his bonus family, Bobby Ledbetter Jr., Hunter, Bailey, and Luke Ledbetter, Matt Ledbetter, Heather, Carson, and Caden Ledbetter, Dacoda Turner, Sydney, Cinch, Skylee, and Oaklynn Turner. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, and grandparents.
