She was predeceased by : her son Justin Ray Clay; and her grandparents, Charles, Charolette Dorsey, Brigham and Mildred Carr.

She is survived by : her parents, Howard Dorsey, and Linda Dorsey, Sr. (Carr) of Boynton; her children, Kari Clay (John Gonzales) of Coweta and Michael Hart (Kristen) of Council Hill; her grandchildren, Armani Sawyer, Gabriella Clay, Gavin Clay, Aiden Burrus and Michael Dale Hart; her siblings, Howard Dorsey, Jr. (Debbie) of Council Hill and Darlinda Madewell (Doug) of Checotah; and her close friend Lana Jo Makinson of Checotah.
