She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Dowl and Rosie Lee Millsap (Gragg); her husband Martin Walter Smith; her son James Stacy Smith; her brothers, Frederick Millsap, Eugene Millsap and Bill Millsap; and her son-in-law Harlan Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Marvin Dale Smith (Ruby) of Boynton, OK, Cindy Wheeler of Coweta, OK, Gary Smith (Sue) of Jackson, NE, Leslie Smith of Haskell, OK and Cheryl Rene Adair (Tony) of Siloam Springs, AR.; her sister Norma Hurst of Earlton, KS; and her sister-in-law Mary Millsap of Catoosa, OK. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, and 28 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
