He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Garland and Stella Tucker (West); and his siblings, A. D. Tucker, Jerry Tucker, Jean Stephenson, Melba Boykin and Geraldine Walker.
He is survived by: his sister Lynn Grant (Cary) of Tyler, TX. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; a host of friends.
