He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Lucky" Winters and Ruby Gladys Winters (Elmore); and his siblings, Alvie Winters, Katie Cameron, Cecil Winters, Joe Winters, Leon Winters, Dee Winters, Ruby Glen, Rudy Winters and Judy Woodrum.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Celvin Winters (Vida) of Boswell, OK, Patricia Clemens of Paris, TX, Annette Luce (Paul Luce) of Bokchito, OK and Christine Tapp of Boswell, OK; his grandchildren, Jennifer and Steve Gregory; his great grandchildren, Emma and Logan of Justin, TX; his grandchildren, Cody Luce of Bokchito, OK, Christopher Jackson of Euless, TX and Morgan Luce; his great grandchildren, Caiden, JoJo, Rowan and Cora of Paris, TX; his grandchildren, Natalie Clemens (Cody) of Arlington, TX, Katherine Clemens of Galveston, TX, Timothy Clemons (Dezi) of Denton, TX, Breanna Luce (Kagen) of Farmersville, TX, Elizabeth "Reecey" and Taylor Skym; and his great grandchild Garrett of Addison, TX. He is also survived by his loving wife, kids, grandchildren, Dad, Mom, brothers, sister, nieces and nephews.
