He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Plett and Maria Plett; and his children, Benny, Larry Plett, Ester Plett, Frieda Martin, Louella Dueck, Caroline Plett and Elma Dueck.
He is survived by: his wife Helena Plett; his children, Harold Plett (Anna) of Old Mexico, Ervin Plett (Betty) of Boley, Arden Plett (Carol) of Checotah, Virginia Wiebe (David) of Boley and Elizabeth Dueck (Peter) of Miami, Oklahoma; and his brother Elmer Plett of Old Mexico. He is also survived by 52 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.
