He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lewis and Lavenia Lewis; his brother Charlie; and his sister-in-law Rena. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Deanna Robinson (Chuck) of San Angelo, John Lewis of Mason, Cory Lewis (Monica) of Mason, Brandy Neece (Brandon) of Mason and Seth Suarez of San Antonio; and his grandchildren, Jessica Robinson, Wesley Robinson, Blake Lewis, Brooke Lewis, Brianne Lewis, Corbyn Neece and Caydon Neece.
