He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Bailey (Bowden); his brother Bill Perceful; and his former wife Lena. He is survived by: his father Charles Edmon Bailey Sr. of Henderson; his wife Jackie Lisa (Fullen); his brother Glen Bailey (Montana) of Anaconda; his mother-in-law Yvonne Fullen of Bokoshe; his brother-in-law Buddy Fullen (Vickie) of Phoenix; his niece Brooke Perceful-Dale (Brandon) of Poteau; his great-nephew John Sterling Perceful-Dale; and his great-niece Elizabeth Kate Perceful-Dale. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
