He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Horner and Curt Horner; his parents-in-law, Debs and Christine Payne; and his brother-in-law Eudis St. John.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Horner; his sisters, Cleta Davis (Stanley) and Jeannie Bell; his in-laws, Dianne Clark (Alan) and Odessa St. John; and his nieces and nephews, Lori Pigg, Ashley Bell, Angela Trindle, Brooke Stenson, Gretchen Tolbert, Brian Davis and Curtis Bell. He is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.
