Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Volley Pearson of Boise City, Oklahoma, born in Perris, California, who passed away at the age of 82, on August 24, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn "W. C." Pearson and Lorene Pearson (Burleson); and his siblings, David Pearson and Loretta Temple. He is survived by: his wife Dana; his children, Stephen Vaughan (Dara) of Boise City, Lawana Guy (Robert) and Tammy Blackstone (Joe); his sisters, Margaret Zollinger of Ft. Worth, Billie Pittman of Alvord and Eva Pittman (Anthony) of Springtown; and his grandchildren, Keagen Vaughan and Sawyer Vaughan. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Boise City Cemetery Project Fund or the American Heart Association and will be accepted by the funeral home.
