He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Alexander and Elizabeth Alexander (Taggart); his sister Joan; and his daughter Lynna Brakhage. He is survived by: his grandson Devin; his wife Lois Phillips; his daughter Jill Lindsey (Roger) of Levelland; his grandchild Riggan; his son-in-law Rick Brakhage; and his grandson Logan Brakhage of Boise City.
