She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Noah Hicks and Erma Evelyn Hicks (Sweeten); her husband Vernon Minson; her son Tyson Phillips (Jennifer) of Catoosa; her brother David Lee Hicks (Penny) of Miami, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Taylor Phillips of Verdigris, Dillon Phillips of Tulsa and Gavin Phillips of Catoosa; and her great grandchild Tatum Patterson of Verdigris. She was also cherished by many other relatives, and a host of friends.
