He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Ray Kelton, Sr and Wilma Nerone; his stepfather John Nerone; and his brother Tim Kelton. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Hill (Andrew) of Heber Springs, Jessica Sparks (Ethan) of Locust Grove and Stephanie Fine (Eric) of Eufaula; his grandchildren, Kaylee Lynn Clark and Carter James Sparks; and his siblings, Willis Ray Kelton, Jr. of California and Linda Neuman (Kevin) of Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and other family members and friends.
