He was predeceased by: his parents, William Aubrey and Elsie Marie Putman; and his siblings, John Dee Putman and Carrie Woffard. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Findley Putman; his children, Dana Washburn (Bobby), Kenny Putman (Debbie Putman), Kelly Ireland and Elcide Davis, Jr.; his grandchildren, Nick Hailey (Lacey), Anthony Hailey (Jennifer), Fronnie Adkins (Randall), Christina Hailey Dischinger and Latonya Davis Erebholo; his great grandchildren, Brody Hailey, Hunter Hailey, Orin Adkins, Landon Hailey, Grayson Hailey and Kenzie Grace; and his brothers, Raymond Putman of Florida, Bill Putman (Suzan) of Shawnee and Jerry Putman (Karen) of Shawnee. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
