We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2022, at the age of 65, Tena Smith of Blanchard, Oklahoma, born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made in Tena's name to Agape Baptist Church, 2606 N Council Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010 or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
