He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Finis Jervis and Margaret Bernice Jervis (Berry); his brother Barry Kendall Jervis; and his parents-in-law, George and Fern Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jervis; his sons, Brian Jervis (Staci) of Sapulpa and Drew Jervis (Chrystal) of Blanchard; his grandchildren, Billie Ann Jervis, Josie Jervis, Gadson Slick Jervis and Gannon Jervis; his brother-in-law Hal Dennis (Toni); and his aunt Hiwanahia Pike. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
