He was predeceased by: his father Archie Ray Spitzer; and his son Travis Spitzer. He is survived by: his mother Helen Irene Spitzer (Cummings) of California; his children, Wendy Lanning (Robert) of Tuttle, Jennifer Seitz (Werner) of Norman, Sandra Stevenson of California, Tiffany Ratchford (Buck) of California and Dustin Spitzer (Felicia) of Florida; his grandchildren, Morgan, Logan, Andrew, Brody, London, Alexis, Ruben, Jake and Luke; and his brothers, Bobby Spitzer of California, Glen Spitzer (Michele) of Florida and David Spitzer (Marie) of California.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Eisenhour Funeral Home (2500 N Council Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
