She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Owens and Zelma Owens (Lemons); and her brother Bobby Owens. She is survived by: her husband Don Rohr; her children, Tonda Collins, Isa Rohr and Shane Rohr (Dena); her grandchildren, Tiya, Cody, Dallas, Paige, Lara and Dalton; her great grandchildren, Cody Jr., Tembre, Jaxson, Makenzie, Linlee, Emrie and Charlee; and her siblings, James Owens (Mary), Charles Owens (Carol) and Pam Glover (Tom).
