He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elijah "Lige" and Nora Ann Mandrell (Thoma); his wife Margaret; his sons, Tommy Ray and Johnny Lee; his parents, Lige and Nora; and his granddaughter Tonnie.
He is survived by: his son Darrell (Julie); and his grandsons, Jeff and Dylan Mandrell of Arizona.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Eisenhour Funeral Home (2500 N Council Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
