He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ralph Fisher and Ruby Irene Williams Fisher; his daughter Jodona Lynn Fisher; and his siblings, Glenna Fay Coit, Fredella Thompson, Ivalo Butler, Kenneth Fisher, Yvdonn Fisher, Charlie Fisher and Margaret Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Fisher; his children, Greg Fisher of Blanchard, OK, Chad Fisher (Ann) of Blanchard, OK, Levi Fisher (Shandi) of Minco, OK, Dena Pace (Aaron) of Cookson, OK and Leah Beth Sweet of Blanchard, OK.; and his brothers, Walter Fisher of Conway, AR and Eddie Fisher of Moore, OK.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
