He is survived by: his wife Phyl Bentley of Blanchard; his children, Marla Robb (Robert) of Norman, Ashley Kuczinski (Jack) of Chandler, Kyle West (Amber) of Moore and Justin Bentley of Edmond; his grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan, Matt, Sydney, Austin, Brynlee, Zeke, Ella, Skyler, Kayden and Michael; and his sister Jane Hysaw of Cushing.
