He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Frances and Odessa Mae Franklin Gavit (Anglin); his former wife Leedda Franklin; his son Jarold Raleigh Franklin; and his siblings, James Franklin and Joyce Friesen.
He is survived by: his wife Almeta Franklin (Mitchusson) of Dibble; his children, Theodore "Teddy" Eugene Franklin (Rosa) of Chickasha, Jeffrey Lynn Franklin of Dibble and Lesha Canary (Jimmy) of Newcastle; his grandchildren, Amanda Bolder (Matt), Kala Fowler (Jas), Kari Brawner (Jonathan Butler), Diana James, Jessica Searcy, Cody Canary (Chloe), Tasha Adams (Josh), Cameron Franklin and Makayla Carr; and his siblings, Jeronie Franklin (Paula) of Chickasha and Janice McDaniels of Tulsa. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
