It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Hair of Blair, Oklahoma, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Lane Dennis. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Powell (Kyle) of Okmulgee, OK, Cassandra Hart (Perry Welch) and Kodi Hair (Brandon Franco); his wife Christi Hair; and his brother Jon Bart Rollins of Hollis, OK. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, other family members, and many beloved friends.
In lieu of sending flowers the family of Billy Ray Hair is asking that all donations be given to the American Cancer Society.
