He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Ruby Williams (Loveall); and his brother Scene Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Emily Bovard of Blackwell, Richard (Andy) of Blackwell, Rodney of Blackwell and Claude of Blackwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
