We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2023, at the age of 61, William Miller of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lloyd and Virginia Lee Miller (Dougherty); and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth and Rosabelle. He is survived by: his siblings, Melvina Nelsen (David) of Ponca City, Maxine Miller of Blackwell, Vickie Cox (Earl) of Ponca City, Delbert Miller of Blackwell and Max Miller (Wilma) of Blackwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in his honor with the Blackwell Animal Shelter, 385 Stevens Ave., Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
