He was predeceased by: his parents, Loran Ailey and Ruth Ailey; and his siblings, Evelyn, Margie and Toby.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bradford-Rouse; his children, Jeff Ailey, Johnie Strader (Rusty) and Bobbie Cutsinger (Bill); his grandchildren, Nick Decker (Katelyn), DuPriest and Elizabeth Cutsinger; his great grandchild Corbin; his siblings, Floyd, Everett, Earl, Mike, Bob and Sally Weingartner; and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Oard, Joyce Willbanks and Darlene Johns.
A memorial has been established in his honor with the Blackwell Church of Christ, 1035 S. Main, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
