She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Rowe and Pauline Rowe; her stepfather Harold Rowe; and her stepbrother Roger Rowe. She is survived by: her husband Craig Webb; her children, Amanda Grace (Tommy) of Arkansas City, Kansas, Roy E. Webb (Sarah) of Braman and Craig "Scooter" Webb Jr. (Ashley) of Stillwater; and her siblings, Marilyn Dyer of Winfield, Kay Rohrs (David) of Blackwell, Gayle Cunningham of Blackwell, Diane Spry of Blackwell, Darrell Rowe (Linda) of Blackwell and Troy Rowe (Phyllis) of Blackwell. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in her honor with the First Church of the Nazarene, 218 South A Street, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
